This is an introductory level meditation technique class. You’ll learn how to calm your mind to optimally gain the benefit of meditation. We’ll introduce various yogic techniques including cleansing methods (Kriya), breathing exercises (Pranayama), and posture (Asana). This is also a great refresher for the beginning meditation practitioners who practice with phone meditation apps without a dedicated teacher.
