Yoga Class – Hatha Yoga/Relaxation :
Designed to help you to learn how to slowly stretch tight muscles and loosen stiff joints with yogic breathing technique. Ideal for stress-release, gaining flexibility and balance for your inner and outer self. You will ease into a variety of yoga postures, breathing techniques and focused relaxation with or without a variety of yoga props while you are exploring different orientation such as sitting, kneeling, standing and reclining on the yoga mat. Yoga brings a calm strength and inner balance that enables you to overcome whatever challenges lie ahead. We designed our prenatal yoga class so moms and moms-to-be can enjoy their maternal experience fully during their pregnancy, birth and beyond. Prenatal Yoga can be practiced after the 16th week of pregnancy under the permission of your doctor. No requirement of yoga experience. Exercise level ★☆☆☆☆

Vinyasa Flow is a popular style of contemporary yoga, includes a set of certain movement during transitioning one pose to another with even breathing. This style helps gaining a greater capacity of concentration, and building physical flexibility and strength. Vinyasa Beginning/Hatha Flow:
Vinyasa or Hatha Flow is a popular style of contemporary yoga, includes a set of certain movement during transitioning one pose to another with even breathing. This class is designed for yoga beginners and those who like a basic yoga practice. We’ll explore seated, standing, and reclining poses during the class. This style helps gaining a greater capacity of concentration, and building physical flexibility and strength. Our Kids/Youth Yoga curriculum is derived from Yoga Ed. which is a program meets the national PE standard. Children will enjoy breathing techniques, yoga poses and relaxation in the class. Great for home schooling and online learning children.
Step by Step How to start meditation:
This is an introductory level meditation technique class. You’ll learn how to calm your mind to optimally gain the benefit of meditation. We’ll introduce various yogic techniques including cleansing methods (Kriya), breathing exercises (Pranayama), and posture (Asana). This is also a great refresher for the beginning meditation practitioners who practice with phone meditation apps without a dedicated teacher.
