Yoga brings a calm strength and inner balance that enables you to overcome whatever challenges lie ahead. We designed our prenatal yoga class so moms and moms-to-be can enjoy their maternal experience fully during their pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
What to expect in the class;
- Toning muscles
- Learning and practicing the breathing techniques for prenatal, birth and postnatal (and for the rest of your life!)
- self-massage and baby massage techniques
- Peer communication

Prenatal Yoga can be practiced after the 16th week of pregnancy under the permission of your doctor. Prior yoga experience is not required.

Note From Yuko: I have been providing Prenatal yoga classes since 2005. I focus on supporting clients’ individual birthing experience and also helping clients to ease into the physical and mental dramatic transitions during pregnancy and beyond.
